What is Ejari registration?
Ejari (Arabic for "my rent") is the Dubai Land Department system that officially records tenancy contracts in Dubai. Registration is mandatory under Law No. 26 of 2007 and makes your lease legally enforceable. Your Ejari certificate is required to connect DEWA, process residence visas, obtain a trade license, and file any case at the Rental Dispute Center.

Frequently asked questions
An Ejari certificate is valid for the term of your tenancy contract, typically one year. You must renew it whenever you renew or sign a new contract.
No. As an authorized typing center we file on your behalf — neither party needs to visit a center. We only need the signed contract and required documents.
Yes. Commercial tenancies are registered the same way, with the trade license added to the document set. Pricing may vary by unit type.
We pre-check every submission against DLD requirements, so rejections are rare. If one occurs, we correct and re-file at no extra service charge.
